The Harvest: Reaping what you Sow!

Harvest season means lots of things to many people. For some it is putting up food for the winter. For others it is putting to bed the amusement of the summer. And to others still it is a time of reflection and in doing so are able to receive the reward for our diligence and commitment.

The Reclamation Society has been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to secure a City of Milwaukee lot, large enough to erect 2 greenhouses. These blessings will be available to all of our urban garden tenders: GreenFolks, Spencer, etc.,. It will serve as a meeting place where workshops, demonstrations and training can be held. It will give Milwaukee's green thumb a place to come into of the cold in winter and provide needed fresh nourishment for the body, mind & soul.

Thank you to all who are making this possible and I will keep an update of our progress posted.

Many continued blessing to my fellow sweet waters warriors!

Organic For life!

Congratulations are in order for The Reclamation Society and it's newest endeavor! We have been asked to help the Kradwell school install a new organic garden and to also help develop a curriculum to support the lessons learned in the garden!

This is a huge opportunity for the organization as it will lead to more paying gigs! The first meeting with Kradwell will be next Wednesday to start the initial consultation!

Thank you to all who have been involved!
